  • Representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial leases
  • Representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground leases
  • Representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office leases
  • Representing property owners and developers in the negotiation of development agreements
  • Representing property owners and developers in the negotiation of Joint Venture agreements
  • Representing property owners in connection with the sale of air or development rights
  • Conducting environmental review, including negotiation of indemnity agreements
  • Representing borrowers and lenders in connection with real-estate backed financing (construction, bridge and/or permanent)
  • Representing real estate brokers and property owners in the preparation and negotiation of brokerage agreements

As part of our real estate transactional services, we also provide advice in the ancillary issues affecting real estate transactions, such as ownership/entity structuring and documentation; management agreements; contracting with professionals such as brokers, property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors; shared ownership agreements, and service contracts.
